1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phmasaya ("phmasaya," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phmasaya website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on phmasaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phmasaya Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using phmasaya is legal in your jurisdiction. phmasaya makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside the Philippines.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain an account on phmasaya if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age;
• You are an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phmasaya or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are an immediate family member of a phmasaya employee;
• You have previously been self-excluded from phmasaya or any other gaming platform and your exclusion period has not expired;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have been identified as a problem gambler by any recognised gaming authority or self-exclusion programme.

2.4 Verification

phmasaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phmasaya may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phmasaya. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phmasaya reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phmasaya is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmasaya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phmasaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phmasaya immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Ownership

phmasaya accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phmasaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmasaya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your phmasaya account. phmasaya reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phmasaya wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to phmasaya's standard verification procedures. phmasaya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phmasaya complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. phmasaya reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of AML checks. phmasaya is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phmasaya are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your phmasaya account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phmasaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.4 VIP Programme

phmasaya operates a tiered VIP programme. Membership, tier advancement, and associated benefits are granted at phmasaya's sole discretion. phmasaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme or any player's membership therein at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phmasaya Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the phmasaya server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative. phmasaya uses independently audited random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider.

phmasaya reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account. phmasaya's decision in all game disputes is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmasaya Platform:

• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing;

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phmasaya staff or other players;
• Providing false information to phmasaya at any time;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phmasaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phmasaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phmasaya content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmasaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phmasaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phmasaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmasaya account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

phmasaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• A player's account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• phmasaya is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. phmasaya will not be liable for any loss of winnings or bonuses resulting from account closure where such closure is due to a breach of these Terms by the player.

12. Privacy

phmasaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on phmasaya, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phmasaya will not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms

phmasaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the phmasaya Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmasaya Platform shall first be submitted to phmasaya's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

phmasaya's decisions on all gaming disputes — including but not limited to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status — are final and binding, subject only to review by the applicable Philippine regulatory authority.
